All brand new deivces carry manufacturer warranty and repair by the manufacturers. We don't responsible for any repair. The manufacturer contact information is taped at the bottom of the item.

Refurbished item Warranty

All refurbished items carry 90 days labor warranty. please call for the repair before you send out anything. As you know restaurant environment is always not good for the eletronic products and it's easy get damaged there. We don't responsible for the human-damaged and environmental-damaged such as water leaking into the deivce.
